Pretty New Found Treasures

A few weeks ago I visited a local flea market. While browsing tables I found these cute spoons. I couldn't resist, they were only 25 cents apiece! Now that's a bargain, especially because when I got home I looked on-line and found that one was selling for $17.00!  I polished them and dressed them up. Pretty!

Look What I Found...

These pretty little spoons caught my eye at a local flea market. Not sure what I'll do with them, I think they would be cute in a frame. 

 I found two more, an iced tea spoon and another little one.

 My plan was to find old jewelry that I could take apart and use in my own creations. Found this necklace. It was tangled and rusty, but had potential. See what a little metal polish will do!

 I also found a ring that I took apart-the flower shaped piece.

My blog banner says-A Creative Life, but I haven't been creating much lately. A creative block. A lot of flower photos, which I love-but no paintings, mixed-media or accessories. Actually, I have been working on some necklaces-but nothing is complete. Like I said in my profile, I'm trying to reinvent myself, into what I'm not sure. But this time I want to use my creativity. Boy, this reinvention is sure taking a long time! Has anyone else been through this? I'd love to hear from you! Well, back to creating. Have a great day!
