One who plants a garden, plants happiness.
...Chinese proverb

Sunday was a beautiful day! My daughter and I grabbed our cameras
and headed to the Italian Gardens at the Vanderbilt.
The spring flowers are so pretty!
Hope you're having a wonderful week!

  2. It's gorgeous at this time of year - though today is rainy and humid. I'm not going to complain as I know we need the rain. My poppies are going to open any day now. Hope you're having a great spring so far.

  3. Lovely to see you back posting Lynn.
    Missed you

The iris are gorgeous and also the poppies.

    I have poppies planted somewhere
in the garden but they have yet to make an appearance.
Hopefully the cold and wet of the last few months hasn't killed them off.

Your photos have cheered me up.

    Have a good week

  5. How lucky you are to live near the Vanderbilt. And yes I completely agree with that proverb. Hope all is well with you as the end of the year (school that is) winds down. We are so busy here I am ready for July. Just get me to July.

  8. Gorgeous Lynn! One of my favorite things to do is tour gardens. I am loving all of the blooms popping open daily in my own gardens. I love the pics. What program did you use? Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup.
